 Pink Lemonade Flamingo Cupcakes I absolutely love these cupcakes one because that are flamingos and because they are pink, Pink, and more PINK!!! I wanted to make a cupcake that wasn't your usual chocolate or vanilla so I picked pink lemonade since it was different and reminds me of summer which is fixen to be over. Well it says on the calendar that it will be fall but in south Alabama its like summer never ends ! I looked everywhere for a recipe that was pink lemonade and decided on using one by Betty Crocker.  The batter looked like Pepto-Bismol. This was a super simple recipe and only a few ingredients were needed. There are some days that simple is the way to go and I have found that out with a toddler. This is my first post of my blog and I'm excited to share my journey of having a full time job, starting a youtube channel and being a mom to a very energetic two year old boy. I have always loved to make things and baking cakes is my absolute favorite. I started doing all the cooking for Christmas and thanksgiving when I was maybe 19 which my mom loved which meant that was less for her to do. Well I say it was less to do it really isn't because I made a huge mess of her kitchen. She always says wash as you go well I don't do that so at the end I have a mountain of dishes. For me to do a YouTube channel and get in front of a camera is a huge deal for me I have always hated public speaking. In middle school I took a zero on a poem so I wouldn't have to talk in front of my class. It got easier but I still don't like it.
